Patient Eligibility

Not satisfied with the results of antidepressants
Responded to medication, but not in remission
Cannot tolerate medication side effects
Has failed one or more medication trials
Wishes to avoid antidepressants altogether
Living with chronic pain, neuropathy, or fibromyalgia

Typical Insurance Criteria

MDD or OCD diagnosis
Treatment-refractory — has tried other forms of therapy
Two or more medication trials
Received evidence-based talk therapy
15 years of age or older

We accept Tricare, Cigna, United Healthcare, and the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. TMS for chronic pain is not covered by insurance; self-pay packages and payment plans are available.

We will evaluate your patient to determine whether they are a candidate for TMS and build an individualized treatment plan. Our staff performs a verification of benefits before treatment begins, and we keep you informed along the way.
